If you call and get the answering machine, Jo will return your call as soon as possible and will not divulge the nature of the call if anyone else answers. Confidentiality is assured at all times.
Visiting the Practice
When you arrive for an appointment, look for the door to the right of the Cherry Tree Bakery, then press the intercom buzzer marked 'We Should Talk' and announce your arrival. The door will then be unlocked for you and you can take a seat in the waiting room at the top of the stairs, where Jo will collect you. At the Bentalls Centre there is plenty of FREE parking and also a pharmacy, GP, chiropodist, vet, Tesco Express, Pavillion Coffee Shop and other shops.
Fees
We are very open about our fees, as we believe our sessions represent good value, especially when you consider the impact of such great life-changing results. The fees are highly competitive and there are no minimum hours/bookings.
A FREE no-obligation initial consultation of up to 60 minutes is offered in all cases, with the exception of smoking cessation.
Further weekday sessions cost £50 for a 60 minute appointment payable at the end of the session.
Saturday morning sessions are available at a cost of £70 per hour (booking well in advance is recommended as these sessions are particularly popular).
Smoking cessation costs £195 in total for an initial consultation of 60 minutes and a further session of around 1 hour 30 minutes (payable at the initial session). NB - The average smoker will make this fee back within about a month of stopping smoking and save on average £2,500 per year and £140,000 in a lifetime! A free CD is given at the last session to reinforce the work done.
Payment can be made by cash or cheque.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please contact the office as soon as possible, so the time can be re-allocated to another client. We will be happy to rearrange another convenient appointment for you. Charges will not be made for sessions cancelled at least 24 hours beforehand.
